My Story

Since 2013, I’ve been diving deep into user research, working with everyone from 20-person startups to massive organizations with over 20,000 employees.

My journey into user research felt like a natural progression from my background in therapy — think of it as therapy for products and digital experiences. I love working with teams to create moments that make users smile, brighten their days, or simplify their lives. It’s incredibly fulfilling to help colleagues achieve their big goals, whether it’s landing a promotion, a pay raise, or getting recognized for their hard work.

But it’s not just about making people happy. It’s also about driving growth and revenue for businesses by aligning their goals with real human needs. Understanding users at a deep level allows us to make informed decisions that propel the business forward.
